We started listening to a new podcast. This show is geared for kids, high in curiosity, fast paced, yet informative without being information overload.
Not only is this new to our family, but also new to the air. The title is WOW in the World, hosted by Mindy Thomas and Guy Raz. You can find it on NPR. The tagline is “Eyes up. Screens down. Jaws dropped. A podcast for curious kids & their grown-ups.”
All I can say is that it works! Quince asks to listen to it when we get into the car. Not every time, but given they have only produced 3 episodes as of my writing this, it’s been often enough. He has been inspired to ask different questions based on what he heard on the show. Both Richard and I have subscribed to the podcast. Thus far we have each played him a different episode when he’s asked to hear it.
